DPS Patna East School is seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our institution. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for visitors, parents, and students, while ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Job Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the school and its programs.
Coordination: Manage appointments and maintain schedules for school administration and faculty.
Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and other front desk documentation.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and correspondence.
Crisis Handling: Address concerns or direct them to the appropriate department promptly and efficiently.
Admission Support: Smooth functioning of admission procedures, overall coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
